Double bedroom. Also plenty of off road parking and use of the garage for car and storage.
Lodging in someones house is categorised the same as staying in a Hotel. The house owner is responsible for changing the sheets & towels together with laundry service and room cleaning. This arrangement mostly suits guys working away from home on contract for anything from 1-12 months and sometimes longer.
