Bright, Friendly and Peaceful home

I'm looking for a housemate to share my 3 bed terraced with. a gorgeous bright double room is availble, with a shared full bath, comfortable living room, very spacious kitchen and cellar for storage.

Great storage across the house with built in wardrobe space in the bedroom, and a cellar for bikes or similar items.

The house has fast wifi, brand new kitchen appliances, and digial thermostat, so some nice mod -cons alongside the character. It is also great for a young professional who wants to still get out to the green spaces, with only a 10 minute walk from the door to gorgeous hills in the Rossendale valley.

A 2 minute walk into Waterfoot, for local shops, cafes and bars, and even more a 5 minute drive away in the village of rawtenstall, with its amazing market and foodie fridays.

The house is a great for commuters, with Bury tram only 15 Minutes down the M66, and easy access to blackburn, burnley and preston.

So a bit about me, I'm 25, and work just outside of Bury, i love walking in the hills with my 5yo Collie, Buddy, who makes a great addition to the house, I am regularly out seeing friends and my boyfriend, so any housemate would often have the house to themselves, but equally i am keen to make a friend who is interested in walking in the area, and the odd evening drink in the village, or equally just chilling in with good food and a film.
I'm pretty easy going, and keen for someone who is looking for a new home, who would want to settle into the room and make it their own.
