Hi i have 1 room available for rent in a large 3 bedroomed property. The whole house has undergone extensive refurbishment to a very high standard. The property also has 2 bathrooms 1 with a shower and the other has a bath, there are 2 living areas available. Outside the property there are french doors leading out onto a quiet secluded riverbank which i use as a garden/barbaque area. All mod cons are available sky, broadband, sky etc. The area has great transport links to manchester and other northwest cities, there are local shops/pubs available within walking distance.
