I am a professional seeking someone to rent a room who is friendly and respectful of other peoples property and space.
The house has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, garage, conservatory, utility, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and downstairs shower room as well. There is plenty parking as well as off road parking and large gardens.
The room available is furnished with a double bed, bedside unit, drawers and hanging rail with an outlook to the rear.
All mods cons are available including broadband, sky tv, washer and drier.
The house is located on Dobb Brow Road, just off Wigan Road so close to bus routes and approx a mile to train stations.
A months rent is required as a deposit and first months rent when moving in.
References would be beneficial from previous landlord and proof of income.
