Double bedroom in Westhoughton.

I have a large, fully furnished, double bedroom to let in my 2 bed terrace house.
The bedroom comes complete with wardrobe, side table, double bed and private en-suite with shower.
The house comprises of a shared lounge, with myself, and kitchen/diner with small back yard.
All bills are included. Fibre broadband and all TV channels (sky movies, sports etc) are included.
I would prefer females only as my dog, a small yorkiepoo, prefers women.
