1x Double with en-suite. 1x Single

Two rooms coming available following re-decroation...approx 1 months time (possibly sooner if required). Cottage in a small semi-rural village in the outskirts of Chorley. I have a large double attic room with en-suit toilet and sink ( possibly adding a bath in near future).
I also have a single/small double room.
I do not have a garden, but the countryside and canal, plus a park about 25 yards from the house. On-street parking is available and bus passes front door if public transport is needed. I am a 48 single female, easy going. I do have a cat, Martha who is a softie.
