If you do not drive, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. The cottage is within walking distance to Cuerden Valley park which is a beautiful 650 acres of green oasis for you to explore, discover & relax. You can also walk a further 10 mins down the road into the breath taking countryside scenes of brindle. It takes approx 5 min drive to motorway connections such as M6, M61 & M65 which is ideal if you wish to commute. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and drawers. Cable tv and wifi included in rent along with heating, electricity and water. My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
