Double bedroom for rent

I have 1 spare double bedroom for rent in my house, there is a seperate shared bathroom available.

There are 2 living rooms, 1 at the front of the property which is free and can be used by the tenant.

There is a shared kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine, fridge, microwave etc.

On street parking is available and sometimes the drive way is free for parking also.

The house is close to Wigan town centre and about 3 miles away from the train station, so not too far from Manchester university.

***NOTE***
I also have a 7 year old labrador dog that will need getting used to, hence why i have chosen a female as he is more comfortable with ladies.
