Spacious and well appointed home

I am looking for a new lodger as my current lodger is leaving for a job in Birmingham. My home is on a main bus route, near j25 of m6 and close to train stations. There is off road parking and a large enclosed rear garden with two patios. I have two affectionate cats so we definitely need an animal lover. This is a well decorated, well maintained home. I am a Performing Arts teacher, am easy to get along with, and am still friends with previous lodgers. Rent would be paid for the month in advance. There is access to WiFi, Netflix, Disney, NowTV etc.
