The room is large with a double bed and a large double wardrobe. It looks out onto quiet residential area and back garden.

I have 2 small dogs so would prefer no pets ideally. I have contact with my daughter at alternate weekends who sleeps on her bed in my room however would I like to highlight this as any tenant would have to be aware that my daughter is here every other weekend and be understanding of this.

and a tv which can be used as an additional living room to give either of us personal space should we prefer it!
