Room to Rent in Swinley, Wigan.

For rent I have a beautiful fully furnished room, complete with a double bed, two side tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The house is situated in Swinley, Wigan with close proximity to Wigan town centre and Wigan hospital. The train station is an 8 minute walk away, the M61 and M6 a 10-15 minute drive away. Manchester is a 40 minute drive away, or 25 minutes on the fast train! Bills are included in the rent: water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband, tv license, parking permit, buildings insurance.

I am a 27 year old teacher at a (relatively) local secondary school. I love to cook, I am very sociable and enjoy keeping fit: swimming and running (when I have time!). My husband has to move to London for work for the next couple of years, and I have decided to join him. But since my job in London doesn't start until September I need a house mate for three months leading up to the middle of August, with the possibility of letting the house out as a whole from me from September (but the latter would be through a letting agent and would be a suggestion, not compulsory!).

We have a beautiful, spacious home with three bedrooms and two reception rooms. We have a newly fitted dining kitchen including a range cooker, four piece bathroom suite and a driveway providing off road parking.
