•Shared kitchen, which has a washing machine and dryer, (shared)

Access is from the front door of the main house but the apartment has its own internal access door (lockable) leading into the spacious suite of rooms for your own private use.

Parking is residential
We are walking distance to Wigan & Leigh Hospital and the town centre/railway station. So this is ideal for a female professional person who maybe is looking for a locum/contractual stay.

There is a lovely shared patio area.
