The house cleaning is shared on a weekly basis by the house guests.
Residents must be clean, tidy,
Residents must be in full time permanent employment for at least 6 Months
Residents must be respectful of the property, neighbours and other guests.
A reference is required by you’re employer stating you’re current position and how long you have worked at the company.
Smoking and Candles are not allowed in the house, smoking is ok in the garden .
No credit checks required.
