Hello my name is Elliott and I am a civil Engineer who works from my home office. I have a Labrador retriever called Beau who is 1.

I have available for rent a fully furnished( can bu unfurnished if required) single room in a lovely quite village, Anstey, just outside Leicester. The location is ideal for both the city centre, being only about 10 minutes drive away, and the country side where Bradgate Park is. The ring road, and access to the M1, is just a few minutes away making it an ideal spot for getting to most parts of the country easily.

The let would be great for someone who is working or studying in the city, or close by, who would like a Quite place to relax after work/study.

The local village centre is just a minute walk away and has a great selection of all the shops, places to eat and relax you could need.

The room is not on suite however, I have an en-suite so the main bathroom would be for your own use.

There is a garden room which has a sauna within and is great for relaxing, de-stressing and increasing general personal wellbeing which can be used if you would like.

The property is in a private gated community so very safe. There is dedicated parking directly outside the property too.
