Housemate wanted :)

Hi. I have a room available to let at the moment in my home. It's a large 3 bed detached house both bedrooms are fully furnished doubles. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. I'm looking for someone who would respect my property as I have just decorated and like to keep it clean and tidy. I'm also looking for someone I will get along with. I'm quite a busy person so not often in but when I am I like to chill in my lounge and watch a bit of tv.
