Lovely double bedroom in lovely house

I’m currently living at the property and am looking for a new roommate to occupy the spare bedroom in the house.

â—ŽThe house is fully furnished, so it’s great for someone who doesn’t have very much. But if you do, not to worry because that can also be accommodated.
â—ŽThere is a washing machine available. Living room/dinning room are furnished. (New floors have been fitted/Walls painted but photos don't reflect this because still doing some final touches)
â—ŽBed room has a double bed, side table, multiple shelf’s, mirror, in wall wardrobe(almost like a small walk in) etc.
â—ŽThere is parking and also the house has a garden.

➤For Students It’s ££400 month, this is inclusive of bills - the gas and electric is based on 2 adults sharing. If there is an excess this will be added to the monthly price.
➤For professionals it’s ££400 + council tax, this is inclusive of bills - the gas and electric is based on 2 adults sharing. If there is an excess this will be added to the monthly price. .

❁There is also a thing called "co-op" living with my roommate and myself where sharing of general household products; items that would normally not be included with the rent.
For example: washing machine, cooker, sofa, these are the types of things normally included in the rental of a furnished property. Cleaning products, laundry detergent, washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, etcetera is not. To participate its £10 a month. You aren't obliged to participate.

About me:
I used to be a professional but I have started to study, I am clean, organised and quiet. I’m a pescatarian and have quite a busy schedule so I’m not home very often. (Pre covid and if the restrictions lighten then I will go back to being busy and not home often, now I am home most of the time but I have uni so barely leave my space)

I’m looking for someone who is clean- your room can look how you’d like but shared spaces need to be kept clean and tidy. I’d prefer to live with another female but a male, I’ll also consider- please just be mindful that you’ll be living with a female. I don’t mind students or professionals- couples welcome too.
