I am moving out of a bedroom in a 2 bed flat as I am heading out of Leicester. My bedroom is an ensuite and has a large window. It has a large well-maintained oak wood table with shelves above it. As well as a reasonably sized double bed and well looked after wardrobe with a large mirror. It has been well looked after and the rest of the tenancy will be for another 6 months, ie till end of July 2025.

My current flatmate is a 28, male doctor working nearby. He doesn't smoke, has no pets and is clean. He is easy to get along with and is friendly.

The location is a 5-minute walk from the Leicester City football stadium. Ideal for healthcare professionals as it is also a 10-minute walk from the LRI. For students, both university campuses are a 15 to 20-minute walk away. The nearest local supermarket is a 5-minute walk past Odeon and Nando's which are located only 280 yards away. The area is quiet and well-maintained and the neighbours are friendly.

I am happy to give my parking permit to anyone.
