Local shop 3 min walk away , same as a bus stop that goes to town or towards the universities. Fosse park is 25 min walk from the house , that’s where I work and lots of lovely local pubs.
I also have a single bedroom for rent instead if you’re looking for something cheaper - £300 and £150 bills so 450 total
