Whole student house (3 bedrooms) available 01.10.25 (single room available now). Must be full-time university students from start of tenancy to end of tenancy (31.08.26) not suitable for professionals or former students.

1 single room, 1 double room (single occupancy only) and 1 twin room (for 2 students male or female or student and dependant). Maximum number in house to be 4 students.

Prefer to rent whole house to group rather than individual rooms.

Rent is for whole house to include water bills and complimentary high speed internet. Students to pay for electric and gas on top up meters about £40 pcm per student.

Contract will be from 01.10.25 until 31.08.26 (11 months). 1 month advance rent and 1 month security deposit required to move in.
