Double room in shared house (LE2)

Hello!

I have a spacious double room with bay window in LE2 available from 2nd March 2026 for short term let (anything from 1 month up to 1 year).

The room is in my house, with a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, and big garden, and I have a cat.

The rent is £575 a month which includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax). The room is partly furnished and has a double bed with mattress and chest of drawers.

There is parking available on the street outside the house, and there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk away.
