Clean.Double room available,In Mid Terraced House

As of the end of jul i will have a double room for rent, if plans go ahead then the room will be available as of the above date, The house has a large bathroom which would be shared with just myself , two double bedrooms ,kitchen, livingroom and dining room, WIFI internet medium sized garden to rear ,i am a very easygoing person who likes there own space, and would respect yours
watching movies TV etc, very sociable and friendly ,very young at heart, great sense of humour, creative and artistic, Parking would be outside the house but does get a little busy sometimes owing to the cricket ground nearby, bus stop is just 2 mins away taking just 15mins for city centre, i am a very clean
and tidy person, smoker but not in house outside in garden, at the moment i only have pictures of dining room and bathroom however ,bedroom is of a medium double size with some storage space and TV could be provided, living room has large HD TV and modern furnishings facilities.. i also love to cook so on many occassion if you wished meals could be provided, i am studying Spanish so do go to Spain on many occassions to visit family so the house would yours to care for. Interested cntct .House is 5 mins on bus to Leicester Royal Infirmary. or 20 mins walking...
