Double room

My house is located in a leafy area of Leicester with easy access to the M6, M69 and Fosse park shopping area. If you work in Leicester but live elsewhere, this is a perfect location for you.
My house has good access to the city centre with the bus route just outside which is very handy. Your room is available from Monday to Friday but I would be happy to negotiate an occasional weekend.
Your room is spacious and is double glazed with a double bed. Your room overlooks the garden and you would have access to the main areas of the house including the kitchen main bathroom and large open plan lounge/dining area. You have access to your own toilet and Wi-Fi.
You would be sharing the house with my family. We are a friendly household and are very welcoming. I would expect you to clean up after yourself and you would have access to all the appliances in the house like the washing machine and hoover.
There are cycle paths nearby if you are a bike rider and you would be welcome to bring your bike or car here too.
The rent includes all bills and there are no extra fees.
