Sociable house share 20 mins walk from city centre

I'm letting out a couple extra rooms to people who are interested in living in a friendly and sociable house. That doesn't mean partying through the night because I gots me a job and all that jazz. However, the house will suit people happy to share in the odd house meal, pub visit, night out and the rest of it.

The house is nice and spacious with two bathrooms, a dining room, lounge and kitchen. The lounge is not in the photos because it's still being done up and will take another couple weeks. The rooms are available furnished or unfurnished but both come with built in cupboard space and have plenty of storage space too. The place has recent electrics, central heating and wireless broadband etc. though it is finished with a lot of antique style furniture because it's a listed period property.

I'm a teacher in a Leicester secondary school and keep myself busy with live music, time spent drinking coffee, play sport a couple times a week and generally get involved with most festivals and things happening in Leicester's cultural scene.

All bills included including super-fast broadband. 20 mins walk from LRI/DMU/Uni of Leicester. ~8 min drive from M1/M69. Parking is on street, but generous outside except on match days. Edit - the larger room has now been taken.
