Friendly female, 25, with double room to rent.

Hi. I am looking for a like minded female to share my house with. I have a double room, furnished, in a 2bed victorian house in Aylestone. I am a teacher but like to enjoy myself at weekends. It would be great to have someone who likes to do similar things: chilling with bottle of wine, going to the pub, BBQs etc. I am a vegetarian but as long as people are considerate do not mind carnivores! I do have a dog, he is friendly but need someone who is ok with pets. Smokers are also fine, just as long as you keep it to outside. There are two sitting rooms and a garden so plenty of space.
