3 Bed Terrace House One Occupant

I currently have a three-bedroomed mid terraced house that has been recently renovated.

I live in the property personally but am very rarely there.

There is one large double bedroom, one mid double and one small bedroom which could be discussed for rent.

The property is fully furnished with all white goods.

Pets are welcome and so are friends or children to visit.

I have a 7 year old boy that stays with me every Tuesday night and every other weekend from Friday through to Monday.

There is a large garage at the rear of the property which backs onto the garden.

The property has off street parking and the bus stop is directly to the front of the house.

The Tennant would be welcome to treat the house as their own and I am extremely clean and tidy.
