Large Double Room

Newly fitted double glazed window double room, freshly professionally clean carpet and new double bed. Shared dinning room and use of kitchen and facilities plus very clean and modern bathroom. And lovely garden to spend relaxing time in with a good book, but probably not until summer now. As the live in landlord I am only around 2 to 3 days a week, i have one present lodger very quite and works permanent night shifts. Sleeps 9 hours plus after shift and visits his mum most days for few hours.
Couples considered at the weekly rent of £125 or £500 pcm.
