Private Fully furnished lounge with 75” Smart Samsung flat screen tv & Samsung sound bar + PS4 including Netflix, prime, Disney, etc… for tenants own personal use. Wall usb charging sockets. Has gas central heated radiator & plug in electric fan heater.
Shared downstairs bathroom with electric shower over bath, sink & toilet. Guests are provided towels- Bath sheet, Bath towel, Hand towel, Face cloth & toiletries which are available for solo use by guests. Bathroom bath, sink & toilet to be clean after use, Thank you.

Overly friendly, fully vaccinated, neutered & chipped house trained small breed short haired dogs & cats all pets are medicated on the 1st of every month without fail to ensure they & their coats are healthy and no problems, cats keep completely to themselves. Guest pets not allowed as cannot judge how it may affect my pets very sorry.

Located in a 3 bedroom terrace property on a side street directly off Leicesters most famous Golden Mile. This is a place where Leicester’s famed diversity shines for all to see. Filled with fantastic restaurants, jewellers and clothing shops, the Golden Mile is also home to the largest Diwali celebrations outside Asia. The area is vibrant, colourful and cultural with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and all sorts of eateries from fine dining to street food, pizzas & burgers to Indians & Chinese all within a minutes walk from the room location. Leicesters Highcross shopping Centre & City centre is a 10 -15 minute walk away whilst other local attractions include a crazy golf centre, outdoor pursuits centre 10 minute walk, national space centre 20 minute walk, Abbey Park 8 minute walk, Showcase cinema de luxe 15 minute walk, obviously all routes open to travel by car with so much more to see and do. Abbey Park hosts Leicesters biggest annual firework display.
Belgrave is considered to be a very safe area, it’s a highly sought after area with not many vacant properties. It is popular and busy through the day and into evening for daytime shopping, lunches, cafes, it’s these cafes, takeaways & restaurants that bring people to the area during the evenings. Although our side street is very quite the main road is only a minute walk. There is a noise restriction from 23.00 on the street & I would have absolutely no qualms walking about on my own or with others at any time day or night.
Cossington sports & leisure centre, include swimming pool, fully equipped gym & badminton & tennis courts, football courts & Cossington Park Just 2 minute walk away (Recently re-renovated & modernised, during Covid closure)
