Hi I’m looking for a housemate to share a well-kept, fully furnished home in the lovely and friendly neighbourhood of Belgrave. The available room is a spacious single bedroom with a comfortable bed and mattress, plus a modern, wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space.

The rest of the house is clean, tidy, and equipped with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. The lounge/dining area has a warm and cosy atmosphere, complete with a large, comfy sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. There's also a 42" TV fibre broadband, and a dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is medium-sized and fully equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, smoothie maker, Panini grill, healthy fryer, and a tiered steamer. There’s plenty of cupboard space as well!

The main bathroom is well-maintained, with a bath and an in-bath shower featuring an amazing rainforest shower head—definitely worth a try! There’s also a second toilet for added convenience. A utility room comes with both a washing machine, and even includes an additional Gas cook, as this room opens into the large garden.

The house has reliable central heating throughout, so it’s nice and warm in the winter. We also have private off-road parking with space for guests,

The location is excellent—just a 2/5 minute walk shops, takeaways, and bus stops. Leicester City Centre is only 15 minutes away by bus, or even quicker by car.
