I'm looking for a house mate to share this lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Birstall, Leicester. A great place to chill out after a demanding day!
The house itself is bright and airy. Everything is included in the rent including utilities, broadband, tv, water and council tax etc etc. The house has all of the amenities you could want including washer/dryer, dish washer and a gardener so the lawn is hassle free.
I should mention I have a cat called Jonas. He is super independent and won't impact on your stay.
I am really flexible in general so if there is something you want to ask about the place please go ahead!
