Superior Room to let, will share brand new open plan kitchen, tenant must be a British Nationality, Professional, will have a healthy lifestyle, will not allow frying in the kitchen.

You can use the fridge black one, other appliances to share are air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, a filtered water tap, in the kitchen.
bathroom with spa bath, must clean after use, shower over bath, toilet, if you go for toilet please use jet spray bleach perfume etc.

neighbours are elderly so noise control is a potential.

You are responsible for your own bedsheets, quilt covers pillows etc. there is cuboards for you, bills included thats water, gas and electric but anything else is your responsibility, you can share broadband, parking is available, but cannot block neighbors driveway...
No postal registrations of any kind.
Please keep a dry paper bin in the bedroom.

There is limited bin in kitchen so as and when is full, please take it out, bins outside

Washing machine or dryer only to be run during night time

Please rinse your used plates/crockery in grey dish, I run dishwasher at night time only

No food in bedrooms, no living room access.

You'll have to hoover your room and stairs, I have a vacuum.

Heating is on 24hrs

You will have to pay for any accidental damage to my equipment if this happens otherwise leave me a deposit
