Modern fully-equipped kitchen with crockery, pans, utensils, cutlery etc. and dishwasher. and dining room.

Lodger has their own fridge, two shelves in freezer and one cupboard shelf in kitchen.

Washing machine and programmable tumble dryer.

Weekly professional clean of bathroom and all common spaces.

All bills included (e. g. utilities, internet and includes cooking oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, washing powder).

Use of garden (with patio and BBQ).

Good transport links. Opposite Birstall Park n' Ride (near A46/A6 junction). Regular buses to Leicester centre (10 mins away), Loughborough, East Midlands Airport).

I'm looking for mature chilled-out people of any age. Considerate and tolerant. Previous lodgers have tended to stay anywhere from 2 months to two years depending on their personal circumstances.

This is a quiet area and though there is no off-street parking nobody has had any problems parking on the street (which is a cul de sac).

I have two cats so must be cat-friendly

This is a non-smoking household - that means that smokers are not welcome even if they promise to smoke outside!
