I currently live on my own in Beaumont leys/Birstall Border, I have 2 extra rooms available. (All bills inclusive). They are £400 and £500 each or £650 for both(PCM) .There is also an extra toilet.
I am 31 year old man and we'd share the Kitchen/ Main Bathroom/Back Garden/Front Drives.
I am very clean and I have a well behaved Cat. Please let me know if you'd like a viewing, or to discuss .

Both Bedrooms on offer are right next to the Bathroom and the extra room easily serves as a private space(for those who like to keep to themselves).

There is also a Living room at the other end of the property.

I work Mon-Fri and have a cat, so you must be okay with this. I'd expect you to clean up after yourself so as to maintain the communal areas. Working professionals preferred. UC/ Benefits accepted
