Room For Rent Birstall Near Leicester

Room for rent in a 4 bed house in Birstall, which is only a 10 minute bus or 20 mins half hour walk from the city, we are a mixed house of students and workers aged between 21-23 looking for one possibly 2 new house mates as circumstances have changed for a couple of us. Were up for a laugh and keep a tidy house and are very welcoming. The £365 includes Virgin box in every room, bills (gas, electric, water) tv licence and council tax, pretty much everything. the only thing that it will not be is furnished so you would need to bring your own furnishings, we may have things to help but your own things are preferred.
