It has its own newly installed ensuite bathroom. It is a self-contained ground-floor room with its own front door and easy parking on and off street with quick access to A46 and M1.

Tea-making facilities and microwave for tv dinners.

Provision of weekly sheets/towels change & room/bathroom clean.

We are a family house and quite busy so this would suit someone who wants to be self-contained and isn't looking for alot of social contact. Would particularly suit someone as secondary accommodation who is in Leicester while working away from home. We will leave you in peace and quiet!
