We have a single bedroom upstairs in a semi detached suburban house and is available immediately . The room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and single bed for single occupancy. TV points in every room.

The house has 4 bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large shared living room with Flat screen TV and sofa's. The kitchen has a cooker and a large fridge and freezer. There is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house is in a great location for buses into the town centre (15 min away) or road links A46/M1. There is a shopping centre with large Tesco 10 mins away and local shops within walking distance.

Utilities are included in the rent ; council tax, gas, electric, water rates, communal TV license, wireless broadband, cleaner for communal areas and gardener. The washing machine is not included in the rent and is payable on each use, it takes on average £1:20 for a quick wash but depends on individual machine and cycle selected.
