The property is suitable to male professional (no work from home allowed) working in Leicester or area. It is a quiet, residential neighbourhood, close to amenities, supermarket, coffee shops, barbers and gyms. 10 minutes drive from fosse park and M1. Close proximity to countryside for relaxing walks.

You’ll be the only housemate living in the property. Other rooms aren’t rented.
