Double room available in LE3

I am a live in landlord in LE3 area, meridian and fosse park are very close to me and I have a double room available for you. There will be no other people other than myself (29 year old professional female) living in the house. There are two bathrooms in the house. It is a furnished house with a garden. Driveway available for off-street parking. I can charge £550 for the double room. I do have a cat that I own as a pet but she is friendly and stays outdoors and in the kitchen mainly so wouldn't bother you. I am quiet and keep the house clean and tidy.
