I am currently looking for lodgers for my house in Kirby Frith .I have a three bed house one of the rooms in which I occupy and currently looking for house mates to occupy the other rooms.
There is a nice homely lounge, dining kitchen and conservatory. The kitchen is all equipt with all required appliances, upstairs bathroom and large garden. There is off road parking and nice neighbours too :-)
The house is located at the end of a cul de sac and walking to distance to local shops and amenities. It is literally 5 mins drive to the m1 and 10 mins to the town centre.
I am a person who is very easy to get on with and very easy going, I am in full time employment.
I would be looking for professional males over the age of 25 or couples. If you are interested in renting one of the rooms then please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to discuss matter s further.
