Double room available to rent

I own my own house and looking at renting out my spare double room. There is a open plan living and kitchen area with a large garden and drive way if you have a car
There would be no long waits for the bathroom as there would only be 2 people sharing
I work full time so would have own space at times as i leave the house at 7. 30am and return around 6pm

I would discuss negotiations on room rate as at the moment it has double bed, chest of drawers and bed side unit. I have wifi available and bills are included

Its a great location as city centre 10/15 minutes drive away and access to motor way is 10 minutes drive
