Double room available for rent in my 4 bedroom house.

The available room is a double room with bedside table, Large double wardrobe and chest of drawers and smart TV.

4 month plus term considered.

Communal areas you are welcome to use include kitchen with breakfast bar, downstairs snug with tv, bathroom upstairs, cloakroom downstairs and garden. Off road parking space.

We have our own lounge when we are in occupation.

Public transport is within walking distance and we are a short drive of either 21 or 21a M1 or M69. Train station is in the next village.

We travel extensively over spring/summer/autumn and so use as a base intermittently. We do own a dog and will be in residence full time after November 23.
