Housemate sought for house in Bruntingthorpe

I live alone in a large well serviced house and am looking to get a lodger to join me. There is plenty of parking on the street, a big garden, microchip reading cat door, washing machine, dryer and double garage etc. House has a big kitchen / diner. I don’t have a tv and you would need to have your own tv licence if tv is important to you.

Downstairs room with patio door to garden and own shower/WC. Will sort out some furniture to suit. Well trained pets are welcome. Can discuss parking off street and /or garage parking if necessary but plenty of safe on street parking as a quiet village location.
