Peaceful country Life

We have a double sized, furnished room to let for an initial period of up to six months (may turn out to be longer). It currently has a single bed, wardrobe, desk with drawers, a full length mirror and (randomly) a piano. I'm happy to store the single bed if you wish to bring your own double one.
Hidden away in the countryside, it is like stepping back in time to come home here - except that we have all mod cons and the broadband is good.
We are looking for someone quite quiet and mature, who is tolerant of cats and older children (one, aged 10), to live with us for a few months. As we are half a mile from the village, it would suit someone with a car best. We are close to the M69/A5 roundabout so very easy access to Leicester, Coventry, etc, if driving.
We would prefer a non-smoker but not bothered if a smoker is happy to smoke outside.
If you can play the piano, great! But it's certainly not required - because we can't!
