We're a friendly couple of Geography PhD students at the University of Leicester. We're looking for someone to move in with us for the 2024-2025 academic year, and have already signed the tenancy for our existing house. We'd prefer to move in with another postgraduate student.
The house is a wonderful three-bedroom terrace in Claredon park with 1 bathroom and an additional WC. The rent is £85ppw and bills are approximately £50 per person per month. As the property is a student let, there is no council tax.
The house has a living room with sofas and a table (not pictured).
