Neighbours are lovely and largely keep out of your way. If you’re a student you are only 15 minutes from campus and is a simple walk away. With supermarkets and restaurants only being a short 10 minutes away from Queens Road where there are bars and food spots for you to enjoy.
I need someone to take over my tenancy for next year as I’m taking a year out of my studies and obviously can’t afford to pay for the rent anymore.
