There's a patio garden at the back of the property that is perfect for drinks on a summer evening. And there's plenty of space if you'd like to grow plants!

The ideal flatmate would be up for making friends and socialising every now and then, and is clean and tidy. You'd be taking over a tenancy with 6 months left on the contract. The current flatmates are Alex (25) and Chloe (23), both housemates are final year full-time PhD students so looking to live with someone who will have a similar work schedule! We're looking for another female flatmate to keep the balance!
