Hi, I'm Fran and I am a 27 year old professional looking for a tenant for my second bedroom of my property. I live in a 2 bedroom terrace house with a small courtyard at the back located close to the city centre.

5-10 minute walk to queens road/clarendon park
10 minute walk to the train station
20 minute walk to the city centre

There is on street parking on the streets around the property. (permitted)
The room available is a double bedroom with a shared bathroom (shower and bath), kitchen and living room; shared with myself.

Double bed and mattress
Wardrobe/hanging space
Small chest of drawers

I am an outgoing, tidy individual who enjoys both quiet evenings in and as well as social nights out.

I am asking for £500pcm in rent inclusive of all bills.

I am looking to meet potential tenants to ensure both parties are happy before agreeing tenancy.
