We have a beautifully presented 5 bedroom house set in the very popular location of Clarendon Park Leicester LE2. A stones throw to the University of Leicester city campus, local shops, Queens Road area, bus stops, Royal Infirmary Hospital and 20 mins walk to DeMontfort University campus.

The house offers spacious, fully furnished rooms, each equipped with a modern double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk with chair, and drawer units. Communal areas include a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and two shared bathrooms.

Rooms are individually priced per week and do not include bills. However, an optional bills package is available at £25 per room, per week for added convenience.

An en-suite bedroom is also available, featuring a private shower room with toilet and basin, priced at £110 per week.
