We have a beautifully presented 5 bedroom house set in the very popular location of Clarendon Park Leicester LE2. A stones throw to the University of Leicester city campus, local shops, Queens Road area, bus stops, Royal Infirmary Hospital and 20 mins walk to DeMontfort University campus.

Having just recently been freshly redecorated throughout, the house offers clean and spacious fully furnished rooms, each equipped with a modern double bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk with chair, and drawer units. Communal areas include a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and two shared bathrooms.

Rooms are individually priced per week and do not include bills. However, an optional utilities package is available at £25 per room, per week for added convenience. This includes water, gas, electricity and high speed Wi-Fi.

An en-suite bedroom is also available, featuring a private shower room with toilet and basin, priced at £115 per week.

• Individual room lets or group lets welcome (ideal if you’d like to rent multiple rooms or the whole house - subject to availability)
• Suitable for students, but young professionals are also considered.
