Room available soon in house with nice garden .

I am a friendly and experienced landlady. My house is a warm, friendly and welcoming home to all who have stayed here.. The room is a double room with lots of built in storage floor to ceiling, lots of sockets in the room for electronic devices. Newly redecorated and cleaned, it is ready for occupation from the 25th of this month. It is furnished with a bed, bedside lamp and separate small table, chair can be provided on request. If you have some of your own furniture it may be possible to accommodate, depends on the size of course. Laundry facilities downstairs and shared kitchen, microwave, cooker, grill and air fryer. Freezer and fridge storage allocated. Shared bathroom with toilet, separate toilet downstairs which I use for myself. Good broadband connection with fast speeds, ample capacity for gaming. Ample parking enough for easy access for two vehicles. Good garden, well maintained if you wish to use in the warmer months.

I would expect anyone who comes here to share this home to clean the room once a week and to be respectful to myself and any other members of my family whilst visiting. Also bed linen should be changed at least every two weeks. I take them to be professionally laundered, enough spare bed linen of good quality will be provided to change the bed.

The council tax band is C, but I take responsibility for paying that.
