Available room is a single room with a good amount of storage. mattress and bedding. There is a 30" smart TV with Netflix etc. The room is offered with high speed internet and all bills. There is parking space available in the drive.

I have 3 dogs, very friendly, so a dog lover would be helpful.

Large house, perfect for commuters, being just 5 minutes drive from J22 of the M1 giving easy access to Ashby (15 minutes), Leicester and Loughborough (30 minutes), Nottingham and Derby (35 minutes). There is also excellent transport links to East Midlands Airport if you travel further afield. Bus stops for all locations within a 10 minute walk.

There is a common dining room, Lounge and kitchen and 1 large bathroom that has a shower and a separate bath. Outside is a large garden with patio area that can be used for BBQ. The common areas in the house are maintained weekly and the garden is also maintained regularly.
