1 person £425 Single room, preference is given to a Ukrainian female who can speak and write English to a high standard who also can speak Russian. The reason for this is there is already a Ukrainian female living at he house and she would benefit from being able to learn English from a female who can also speak Russian.

Large house, perfect for commuters, being just 5 minutes drive from J22 of the M1 giving easy access to Ashby (15 minutes), Leicester and Loughborough (30 minutes), Nottingham and Derby (35 minutes). There is also excellent transport links to East Midlands Airport if you travel further afield. Bus stops for all locations within a 10 minute walk.

Available room is a single room with a good amount of storage. All new mattresses and bedding. There is a 30" smart TV. The room is offered with high speed internet and all bills. There is parking space available in the drive.

There is a common dining room, Lounge and kitchen and 1 large bathroom that has a shower and a separate bath. Outside is a large garden with patio area that can be used for BBQ. The common areas in the house are maintained weekly and the garden is also maintained regularly.
